Scarecrow Festival

The 2021 edition of the Scarecrow Festival has been reimagined due to Covid.  Rather than a big event pulling a crowd into Bartlett Park, the public had a week to view the scarecrows and then vote for their favorite.  The winner was announced here and on the CLCT Facebook page on November 21st!

The voting was quite close, with only one vote separating each of 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place.

The winners of the 2021 Scarecrow Festival are:

  4. #14 – Bride of Frankenstein
  5. #9 – Chelmsford Women of Today
